Thanks to a well-thought out design, the cardiostrong elliptical EX80 has space-saving dimensions and a harmonic, comfortable course of motion. A newly developped joint system combines flywheel and pedals and makes exercising with the cardiostrong elliptical EX80 very joint-gentle. Furthermore, the stride length of the cardiostrong elliptical EX80 is manually adjustable in 5 levels. This offers new workout varieties, because changing the stride length simulates different motion styles from slow walking to running. In addition, you can adapt the cardiostrong elliptical EX80 to your height. The resistance of the cardiostrong ellitpical EX80 is adjustable in 16 levels for a challenging workout. The cardiostrong elliptical EX80 is equipped with 19 programs, four of them are pulse controlled for an even more effective workout. Heart rate is measured by hand pulse sensors or an optionally available chest strap.
