The integrated system includes a memory for 10 workout sessions, a stop watch with 50 lap times, indication of average heart rate per lap, and five interval timers with individual heart rate target zones. Therefore, you have all data you need to organize your workout or competition with the Timex Ironman Race Trainer USB/Flex set.

The delivery of the Timex Ironman Race Trainer USB/Flex set includes the Timex Data Xchanger USB Stick. This offers wireless settings and download of training data to the pc. The training data can be transmitted to the free Timex Trainer training journal (supported by TrainingPeaks.com).

The Timex Ironman Race Trainer USB/Flex set is equiped with the comfortable and light Timex textile chest strap.
