The Reebok Easytone Step is based on a traditional step board, but offers much greater variety of exercises because of the innovative construction of the Reebok Easytone Step. There are two antislip air cushions beneath the step board training surface, which can be filled with air independently of each other. A valve between the air cushions of the Reebok Easytone Step controls the air exchange. Throughout the balance workout, this valve is closed, both cushions have the same air filling.

Open the valve of the Reebok Easytone Step for a combined workout of step and balance, so that the air between the cushions can flow. Vary the stability of air cushions according to your training goal. Intensity of the workout increases with a strong air filling, because the Reebok Easytone Step stands a bit more unstable. Lower air filling results in a bigger surface, so that you stand more stable on the cushions and training intensity is reduced. The Reebok Easytone Step can be used on both sides offering varied exercises for balance, stability, and core training.
