The Personality Gym Quick Load compact dumbbells is equipped with an innovative locking system, by which the variable compact dumbbell system offers a workout like with a normal dumbbell. The single weight plates of the Personality Gym Quick Load compact dumbbells are added by a locking mechanism. In contrast to common variable dumbbell systems, the length of the dumbbell changes as well. The centre of gravity of the dumbbell is better and the training feeling is like that of a fixed dumbbell.
