• Recommended intake:
  Take 3-4 Creabolikum capsules twice a day with water (3-4 of which an hour before and 3-4 capsules within an hour after the workout). On non-training days you should take 3-4 Creabolik capsules in the morning and 3-4 capsules in the evening. A loading phase is not necessary.
• The capsules should be taken for at least 8 weeks but no longer than 16 weeks. You should then take a break for 2-4 weeks. Either opt for short cycles of 8 weeks followed by a 2 week break or 16 weeks followed by a 4 week break.
